–  Participants must be Saudi citizens or residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

– Participation in the auction is open to both Virgin customers and non-Virgin customers on the website.

– Participants must be at least 15 years old.

– Vanity numbers in the auction are activated on pre-paid and post-paid Virgin packages.

– Vanity numbers in the auction are activated on traditional SIM cards or e-SIM cards.

– All participants in the auction for Vanity numbers must pay a deposit for each number, which can be paid using a credit card or debit card.

– Virgin Mobile will reserve the deposit until the end of the announced auction.

– The deposit paid is for one number where listed in the online auction.

– Virgin Mobile has the right to deal with the Vanity number after cancellation for any reason, and Virgin Mobile reserves the right to offer it to another customer after the specified periods set by the CST.

– Subscribers can join and bid on multiple numbers in the same auction as long as they pay the deposit for each number, which Virgin Mobile will reserve until the end of the auction.

– The auction period is one week only from the date the numbers are added to the auction website.

– Participants are not allowed to withdraw or switch to a different number category if they are the highest bidder.

– The auction winner will be given only seven days from the auction end date to pay the full amount plus VAT.

– If the auction winner fails to pay the full amount plus VAT within the specified time (seven days), the deposit will not be refunded to the customer.

– If the auction winner pays the full amount in the electronic auction but does not activate the number within the period deemed suitable by Virgin Mobile, only the remaining amount and VAT will be refunded without the previously paid security deposit.

– The minimum bid start will be indicated next to each number.

– Virgin Mobile has the right to not sell the Vanity number offered in the auction to the highest bidder.

– Virgin Mobile has the right to not complete the process for any participant using unauthorized credit cards for payment.

– Virgin Mobile reserves the right to prevent any person from participating in the auction or to cancel their bid if they violate the terms and conditions.

– Virgin Mobile reserves the right to change prices and extend the auction end time at any time.

– If the participant does not win the auction, Virgin Mobile will refund the deposit after a maximum of 30 working days using the same payment method used previously.

– Virgin Mobile reserves the right not to complete the process for any participant who has reached the maximum number of activated lines. The maximum allowed for the number of activated lines under the same ID/residence number is as stipulated in the regulations of CST.

– The auction will be open to both participants and non-participants.

– The full amount required by the selected customer must be paid, and partial payments will not be accepted.
